RT-20: Last stage of the CAE design

The study of distant objects in the universe through the gathering and analysis of radio waves emitted by such objects.

Radio astronomy is tasked with the continuous study of astrophysical phenomena ocurring in the universe. It fundamentally includes solar, planetary, stellar, extrasolar, galactic, extragalactic astrophysics, and cosmological connections.

This line of research is very important for the country, due to the lack of similar undertakings by universities or private entities. This science involves a great variety of topics, ranging from astrophysics, electronics and telecommunications to antenna and feed design, among others.
